CAST ACRYLIC

Green Cast® – Exclusive to Amari Plastics

100% recycled and 100% recyclable cast acrylic sheets complying with ISO 7823.1. It is long-lasting and looks, performs, and fabricates just like virgin acrylic. With the same optical, mechanical and thermal characteristics as virgin acrylic, it can be recycled back to raw material without losing any of its original properties.

CO2 Reduction

The carbon neutral manufacturing process uses renewable energy including water regeneration that reduces up to 76% of CO2 emissions and up to 90% of other impacts.

EXTRUDED ACRYLIC

ALTUGLAS™ R-life EX

100% recyclable with 75% recycled content, this economical, high-quality acrylic has excellent optical clarity. Typically used for glazing, signage, furniture and retail display, the sheet boasts a high gloss finish, weather resistance and is easy to work with and fabricate.

CO2 Reduction

Manufactured using cogenerated energy, producing heat and electricity at the same time.

POLYCARBONATE

Exolon® Eco

100% recyclable, contains up to 40% recycled content and offers excellent clarity with incredible impact resistance. Specially designed for security, safety and vandal-proof applications, polycarbonate is one of the most versatile and successful thermoplastics ever.

Vivak® Eco

Internally recycled with up to 40% regrind from its own production. It is a 100% recyclable lightweight material with extreme break resistance. These sheets ensure low energy consumption and high durability.

PVC FOAM

Foamalux Xtra

With up to 80% reclaimed post-production waste content, Foamalux Xtra is lightweight and easy to handle. Typically used for signage, digital and screen printing and vinyl application, the material is 100% recyclable and provides unlimited application possibilities.

50% energy is achieved from renewable sources including an on-site wind turbine and connected solar farm.

POLYPROPYLENE BUBBLE BOARD

AkyPrint®

Contains a minimum of 25% recycled material and is 100% recyclable. Its durable bubble structure core and sanded printing surface is excellent for high quality single or two-sided printing. It is resistant to weather, chemical, oil and surface scratches, making it usable for both indoor and outdoor applications such as billboards, trade show displays, directional signage and much more.

SMART-X® – Lightweight Foam Board

Manufactured using hydroelectric power, this lightweight Polystyrene and High-Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) foam board is suitable for demanding visual communication applications. This 100% recyclable material can be used outdoors for up to two years without significant colour change.

DISPA® – Paper Board
