Processing instructions for MAClite 5700:

Printing and Computer Cutting:

• MAClite 5700 can be printed with certain screen inks, you should seek assurance of ink performance from your ink supplier
• Clean and quick cutting with most plotters

Application:

• The transfer of the cut material onto the Application Tape should always be performed by removing the liner from the pressure sensitive material (i.e. with the film downwards onto the working surface) and not by lifting off the Application Tape
• Can be applied with the dry application method on slightly curved and embossed surfaces with the aid of a heat gun
• Make sure surfaces are clean and free of contamination before application

Edge sealing and varnishing:

• If exposure to chemicals and solvents is likely, sealing the edges with varnish will help prevent them lifting
