Processing instructions for MACcrystal.® 8400:

Computer Cutting:

• Quick and easy cutting with most plotters and designed for fast weeding
• Remember to adjust the cutting depth to ensure the liner does not split and come away with the adhesive when the vinyl is transferred to Application Tape

Application:

• It is recommended that trials are undertaken to ensure the film is compatible with the substrate to which it is being applied
• It is important to ensure the application surface is clean and free of contaminants
• The transfer of the cut vinyl onto the Application Tape should always be performed by removing the liner from the pressure-sensitive material (i.e. with the PVC face downwards onto the working surface) and not by lifting off the Application Tape.
• The wet application method is recommended on flat surfaces

Applications:

MACcrystal.® 8400 films are used to decorate both internal and external windows and glass as well as light boxes and illuminated signs made from opaline substrates, such as acrylic.
