Processing instructions for MACal® 9700 Pro:

MACal.® Glass Decor can be screen printed. It is recommended that you contact your ink supplier for advice on suitable inks.

Computer Cutting:

• Neat and quick cutting with most plotters and designed for quick weeding. Please note it is not recommended that you use plotters to cut small letters in MACal.® 798-01 BF.
• It is important to adjust the cutting depth to ensure the liner does not split and come away with the adhesive when transferring the vinyl to Application Tape

Application:

• Make sure all surfaces to which you are applying the vinyl are clean from dust and grease
• It is recommended that compatibility tests are carried out as some substrates, such as polycarbonate, can result in adverse effects such as bubbling
• For MACal.® 798-01 BF films the dry application method must be used. For other films in this range the wet method is recommended to ensure a uniform appearance.

Applications:

MACal.® Glass Decor is often used to create both internal and external decorative window displays and privacy films, for example in offices and banks.
