Processing instructions for EX-CEL® IMPRESS Digital Print Foam PVC

For some applications thin and delicate ink layers may have to be protected by a film laminate or topcoat of clear scratch and UV resistant lacquer.

EX-CEL® IMPRESS Digital Print Foam sheets can be cut with jigsaws, band saws and circular saws. A combination of high cutting speed and a slow feed rate gives good results. EX-CEL® IMPRESS Digital Print Foam can be cut on machines without liquid cooling but with chip and dust extraction devices as commonly used in the wood and plastic processing industries.
