An 80 micron cast mixed PVC polymer films for illuminated advertising.  3M™ 3635 Block Outs are durable, dimensionally stable, 100% opaque films with a matt finish.  They have been specially developed to control light flow in internally illuminated signs. They can be applied to the first or second surface of clear acrylic or glass to create special sign effects in conjunction with 3M™ Diffuser Films™ and 3M™ Day Night Films™.

  • Clear pressure-sensitive permanent solvent acrylic adhesive
  • Kraft paper liner

  • Totally opaque to block out the light diffusion in some areas of a sign face or to create special effects which are revealed only at night (or during the day when the sign is illuminated)
  • Compatible with 3M™ Scotchcal™ High Gloss Overlaminate 3640GPS high gloss overlaminate
  • All 3M graphic protection products are covered by the 3M Basic Product Warranty
  • Adheres to rigid or flexible flat substrates
