About Polyethylene and chemicals
Hard Polyethylene belongs to the group of polyolefins. It is a very strong material with good chemical resistance and electrical insulation. It is resistant to sunlight and other weather influences (black), moisture-repellent and can be used at temperatures from -30°C to +80°C. High-density Polyethylene is ideally suited for making plastic tanks (round, square and rectangular) and collection trays, HDPE is available in the types HDPE 300, HMWPE 300 and UHMWPE 1000. Polyethylene can be welded excellently by means of wire welding, extrusion welding, butt welding, socket welding, electro-socket welding and infrared welding (rill arm).

About Polycarbonate and chemicals

About ECTFE and chemicals
The biggest advantage of ECTFE is not only the good diffusion resistance or the wide working temperature range (up to a maximum of 140 °C), ECTFE also has excellent chemical resistance against most organic and inorganic chemicals (pH value 0 to 14) and solvents (max. 120 ° C). In addition, ECTFE has excellent resistance to various acids with a high concentration such as sulfuric acid (98%), hydrochloric acid (37%), nitric acid (100%), caustic soda (50%) and also chlorine compounds such as chlorine dioxide or sodium hypochlorite. ECTFE can be welded excellently by means of wire welding, extrusion welding, butt welding, socket welding and infrared welding (less and creased).
