DIBOND® - The original aluminium composite material manufactured by 3A Composites in Germany. The panel combines two 0.3mm aluminium surface layers with a polyethylene core and comes with a protective film on both sides.

Front and reverse side are either stove lacquered, with white or coloured surfaces and with either matt or high-gloss surfaces, anodized or even textured. One popular textured surface available is the butler finish.

T Decorative and mirror finishes are available which are suitable for bespoke applications.

It can be used for 2D and 3D applications due to its ability to be routered and folded. DIBOND® stands out from other ACM sheets due to its extremely flat surface, high resistance to weathering or corrosion and its dimensional stability.

  • It is the only display grade ACM to be lined with unique AIMg1 alloy based aluminium which allows the product to be recycled.
  • AIMg1 alloy allows the 3D formation of shapes and ensures routing and folding is easier than other sheets based on different alloys.

  • Low thermal expansion rate compared to many plastics
